SOLUTION----- 28/05/2011

1--A Priest.

2--I am pepper!

3--The truth.

4--He got himself a glass of water and held it over his head for 10 minutes.

5--The bottle is 5 cents - If the juice is 90 cents MORE than the bottle that makes the juice cost 95 cents, add the 5 cents for the bottle and you get your dollar. So no it is not 10 cents which you may have been thinking.

If it was 10 cents and the bottle is 90 cents MORE that would put the juice at $1 + 0.10 (bottle) which would put you over by 10 cents.

Here's the equation for this.

J - Juice = ( B + 90 )
B - Bottle

$1.00 = ( B + 90 ) + B

$1.00 - 90 = .10c

.10c = 2B

.05 = B
So the price of empty bottle is 0.5 cents
